The Dallas Business Club hosts Mr. Garrett Golding with an update on the Oil and Gas Industry as it relates to Texas and the war in Europe at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Mr. Golding will provide an update on the state of the Oil & Gas industry with an emphasis on the Texas Energy Economy. He will also provide commentary on energy prices, the impact of the Russia/Ukraine conflict and the latest energy survey results.
As a senior business economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Mr. Golding analyzes and forecasts trends in oil and gas markets, geopolitics and the energy transition. His work has been cited in Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, Dallas Morning News, and Houston Chronicle.
Prior to joining the Dallas Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Mr. Golding held positions at Pioneer Natural Resources, Rapidan Energy Group and the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce. A native of the Dallas area, Golding earned a BA in political science at Baylor University and an MA in national security and strategic studies at the U.S. Naval War College. He is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
