Virtual Wellness Talks with The Lyons' Share Wellness
In extremely challenging times like these, it’s critical to stay engaged, productive, healthy, and emotionally stable. That’s why we’ve partnered with Megan Lyons, owner of The Lyons’ Share Wellness, to bring you an informative, interactive, and fun virtual wellness workshop titled: “Surviving and Thriving through the Pandemic: Supporting Mental, Physical, and Emotional Health During Challenging Times.”
This course is led by Megan Lyons, owner of The Lyons' Share Wellness in Dallas. Megan is also a Harvard graduate with an MBA from Kellogg and a second Masters in Holistic Nutrition. Megan is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist who has owned The Lyons’ Share Wellness for 7 years, and was previously at McKinsey from 2007-2014.
The program will cover the following topics:
Boosting immunity with nutrition and lifestyle
Prioritizing nutrition and wellness despite challenging emotions
Increasing productivity while working virtually
Managing and balancing difficult emotions
Prioritizing self-care and minimizing anxiety amidst crisis
