COMPANY CULTURE AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT: DR. DAREN MARTIN
The Harvard Business School Club of Dallas invites the DBC to join them for a special session led by Dr. Daren Martin. Dr. Martin will draw from his book A Company of Owners and share fundamentals to creating a Company where everyone acts like an owner.
Daren Martin is a Chief Culture Architect, and CEO & Founder of the Global Company Culture Association. With only 16% of Executives saying their Company Culture is where it needs to be, is it any wonder that the Global Employee Engagement rate is only 15%? Dr. Martin’s goal is to Evolutionize the way we work. He is a “company culture disruptor” guiding the path forward for companies and organizations large and small to learn how to swim in the new ocean.
